    I got my Offer letter on Dec 21st 2024 still not received joining letter 😔

    I got my offer letter on 10 june 2025 and my graduation is also finished on 10 july 2025I kept an email for hr of tcs about my graduation they are not responding it and iam in a confusion that when the joining letter will come from tcs. If you know the answer please reply me

Labour Ministry Summons TCS – A Ray of Hope?

 Today, something finally moved. I came across a news update that could be a turning point for all of us waiting for TCS onboarding: > **"Labour Ministry summons TCS over onboarding delay of 600 lateral hires"**  Meeting set for August 1, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Shramav Jayate Bhawan, New Delhi. >Yes — the Government of India’s Labour Ministry has officially summoned TCS for a discussion, following a formal complaint by the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES)  . Why This Matters: For too long: 1.We received no concrete information from HR 2.Candidates resigned from other jobs trusting the TCS brand 3.No clear timelines were communicated Now, this summons means our collective concerns have reached government levels.
