I came across a news update that could be a turning point for all of us waiting for TCS onboarding: > **"Labour Ministry summons TCS over onboarding delay of 600 lateral hires"**  Meeting set for August 1, 2025, at 11:30 AM at Shramav Jayate Bhawan, New Delhi. >Yes — the Government of India’s Labour Ministry has officially summoned TCS for a discussion, following a formal complaint by the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES)  .
